Browse open roles from your Candidate Dashboard or the Jobs page, then click Apply on any listing. Your profile and documents are shared with the employer automatically once you apply.
Employer identity is kept confidential during the early stages of recruitment to protect the employer's business information. You'll see a "Verified by GS One" badge instead — this confirms the employer has been verified for legal registration and compliance. The real company name is revealed once your application reaches a later stage (typically once an interview is scheduled).
Complete your profile fully — including work experience, education, language scores, and a valid passport number — and upload all requested documents. A more complete profile is matched to more relevant jobs.
Yes. You can apply to as many active jobs as you're eligible for. Each application is tracked separately on your Applications page.
Once your employer account is verified, go to My Jobs in your Employer Portal and click Post a Job. Your job goes live immediately for recruiters and, where relevant, assigned Recruitment Partners to work.
Every employer account is reviewed by our team for legal registration and hiring authenticity before you can post jobs or view candidate details. This is what candidates and recruiters see as the "Verified by GS One" badge.
Job demand assignment to Recruitment Partners is managed by the GS One team to ensure the right sourcing network is matched to each role. Contact your account team if you have a partner preference.
Candidates submitted against your job appear under that job's Applicants list in My Jobs. You can review profiles, shortlist, and request interviews directly from there.
The GS One team assigns active job demands to your partner account based on your specialisation. Assigned demands appear in your dashboard with the job title, industry, country, city, vacancies, priority, and deadline.
Employer identity is confidential business information and is never shown to Recruitment Partners. You'll always see everything you need to source candidates — role, location, requirements, vacancies — just not the employer's company name, contact details, or logo.
From your assigned demand, use Submit Candidate to attach a candidate profile. The submission is routed to GS One and the employer for review, and you can track its status from your dashboard.
Go to the login page and select "Forgot password?". You'll receive an email with a secure link to set a new password. The link is single-use and expires after a short period for your security.
Yes, candidates can register and sign in using their Google account. Employer, Recruiter, and Recruitment Partner accounts are set up directly by GS One.
Contact GS One Support with your current registered email and the new address you'd like to use — we'll verify your identity and update it for you.
Accounts may be temporarily suspended for security review or a compliance concern. If this happens, you'll see a message when you try to sign in — contact Support for details.
Typically a valid passport, educational certificates, and any trade or professional certifications relevant to your target role. Exact requirements depend on your industry and target country.
Upload all documents through your Candidate Portal's Documents section. Never send documents by email or through any link outside GS One.
Most documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours. You'll see each document's status (Pending, Verified, or Rejected) on your Documents page, with a reason if a document is rejected.
Check the rejection reason shown on your Documents page, then re-upload a corrected or clearer copy. Common reasons include expired documents or unclear scans.
GS One and your employer coordinate the visa process once you accept an offer, guiding you through the required steps and documentation for your destination country.
Your pipeline stage updates to reflect visa processing once you've accepted an offer. You'll be notified of any documents or actions needed from you at each step.
Visa timelines vary by country and can be affected by government processing times outside our control. Your recruiter will keep you updated and flag any additional documents required.
You'll receive a notification and see the interview listed on your dashboard with the date, time, and format (video or in-person) once an employer requests one.
Contact your recruiter as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We'll coordinate a new time with the employer.
The employer records their decision, and your pipeline stage updates accordingly — moving to an offer, a further stage, or being closed out. You'll be notified either way.
Deployment is the final stage after you're placed — it covers your travel and reporting details for starting your new role, including flight, airport, and reporting date.
Once your deployment is confirmed, your deployment letter is available from your Candidate Portal and names your employer, role, and travel details — required for visa and immigration purposes.
Contact your recruiter or GS One Support with any change in your availability or travel details as soon as you know, so your deployment can be updated.
Fees are agreed with each employer as either a fixed amount or a percentage of the placed candidate's salary, set out in your commercial terms before any placement is made.
An invoice is generated once a fee is approved following a successful placement. You can view all your invoices and their status from your Employer Portal.
Payment terms are agreed as part of your commercial terms with GS One and shown on each invoice. Contact Support if you have a question about a specific invoice.
